I am convinced that natural sciences, humanities and arts should – and can – form a unified whole again.

I am currently working on the further development of non-classical, dynamic logic and focusing on the topics of information, semantics, entropy and music. With a small but highly skilled team, we are also developing LD Cards, a programme for visualising and communicating thoughts and discussion processes on complex issues.

Career milestones

• 2008 – present: Lecturer in semantic coding at Bern University of Applied Sciences

• 2025: Founding of Logodynamics AG, a software start-up based in Kreuzlingen – the idea of LD Cards becomes a new, separate business venture

• 2016 – present: Managing director and owner of KWS Straub GmbH, Kreuzlingen, with the aim of creating a modern card index with logic and communication functions (LDC = logodynamic cards)

• 2016 Sale of Semfinder to 3M GmbH

• 1996 – 2016 Head and main shareholder of Meditext AG, later Semfinder AG, development and implementation of innovative concept molecule technology for the semantic analysis of medical diagnosis texts in hospitals and clinics.
